A review of the systems, data and skills that the proposed use case depends on, ending in a written position on what is feasible now and what is not.
Technology Roadmap
A four-quarter sequence covering build, buy and retire decisions, with the dependencies and the decision points marked.
AI Pilot Build
One use case taken to a working prototype. Evaluation criteria are written and agreed before the first line of code, so the result can be judged honestly.
Ongoing Technology Advisory
A monthly retainer covering reviews, vendor comparisons and a fixed review call, for teams making several technology decisions per quarter.
What happens after you order
The same four steps for every package. Only the depth of each step changes.

Scoping call
We book a ninety minute call and ask about systems, data, constraints and the deadline you are working to.

Written scope
You receive the scope, the deliverables, the dates and the fee in writing before any working session begins.

Delivery
Interviews, systems reviews and, where relevant, hands-on work on the pilot. Progress is reported against the agreed deliverables.
04
Handover
Documents, code or roadmaps are handed over with a walkthrough, and a review call is scheduled on the agreed rhythm.
