One working pilot, built against a single workflow you choose, so the decision to continue or stop rests on something you can run. What you receive: - A written pilot scope fixing the workflow, the inputs and the test set, agreed before build starts - A pilot running in your environment or ours, reachable by the people who will judge it - A written record of every test case and its outcome, including the failures - A handover note covering what the pilot needs to keep running and what production would add - Two review sessions: one at the halfway point and one on handover How it runs: The build runs in four weekly stages, each ending with a short written note. You keep the source and the documentation. The pilot is not a production system, and no result is promised in advance. Price is in US dollars and covers one pilot.
